Description
(1)It is used in the industries including ceramics, mines, chemical industry and foods etc. for removing theiron impurities in slurry materials.
(2)It is Made from high performance magnetic materials which are guaranteed demagnetization ≤5% in 3 years under the normal using temperature(<80℃).
(3)It is designed as ladder type arrangement. The magnet bars rotate in the slurry tank, so there are no dead corners and gaps in iron removing. It can effectively remove the iron impurities in the slurry materials flowing through the slurry tank, and the slurry in the tank doesn't deposit when running.
(4)Theiron scraping unit is designed as two-sided scraping ring which can remove iron completely and prolong the lifespan of the scraping ring.
(5)It is configured with automatic slurry return system, so the system will open the slurry return valve automatically to empty the remaining slurry material in the slurry tank to prevent from slurry deposit to damage the machine after it stopping.
(6)It is characterized by steady performance, high efficiency, energy saving, convenient operation and simple maintenance. Iron removing and cleaning cycle are adjustable.
(7)It can be made according to user's needs.
